12 Winter Foods for Weight Loss

When winter comes, we all face a struggle to at least maintain our figure and even lose weight. But winter has different weight loss requirements than warmer months, requiring a different set of foods to protect you from the cold. Here are some perfect winter foods to suppress your appetite and help with weight loss.

 

Blood Oranges

The animal study concluded that a daily dose of blood-orange juice can help subjects lose up to 13 percent of body weight in three months. But the juice may not be the best way to consume blood oranges; you need to eat the fiber-rich content of an orange to boost your weight loss.

Corn is a great source of insoluble fiber, vitamins (including vitamin C), folic acid and niacin — which all work to lower cholesterol and trigger weight loss. Corn is a low-fat complex carbohydrate that has a high fiber content.

 

Guava
